About The Position
As an Assistant Service Advisor at Quality Auto Group, you will be a vital member of our team in Englewood, NJ, supporting our service department by ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with senior advisors and technicians to assist customers with their automotive service needs, helping to coordinate appointments and communicate service updates effectively.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using scheduling software.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and answering basic inquiries.
- Support senior service advisors by gathering vehicle information and service history.
- Communicate service progress and updates to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate service records and support administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
