We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced, high-volume salon. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
- Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
- Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
- An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility

- Management experience (though an interest in leadership and supporting others is considered equally important)
Responsibilities
- Support daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in managing staff schedules and performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle client concerns
- Help drive retail sales and service upgrades
- Support and motivate a team of stylists while continuing to cut hair
