About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to provide excellent customer experiences and technology solutions using AT&T products and services. The role works in a fast-paced retail environment focused on customer satisfaction and sales, with opportunities for training, career growth, and advancement to managing a location. The position is based in Torrance, California, and offers base pay plus commission.

Requirements

• Management experience in a similar field; required, with wireless industry experience preferred.
• Experience in retail or a customer-facing sales environment; required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operational standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach others to achieve results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability; preferred, though it may not be required depending on location.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Retail or customer-facing telecommunications sales experience.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed sales and operational initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with store operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance.
• Assist with developing, training, and managing team members.
• Help customers make purchasing decisions by providing outstanding customer service.
• Develop skills to become a Retail Store Manager when an opportunity arises.
• Maintain a clean and engaging environment for customers and team members.
• Work collaboratively to achieve individual and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize daily sales opportunities.
