About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to deliver a strong customer experience and provide technology solutions from AT&T products and services. The role works in a fast-paced retail environment focused on customer satisfaction and sales, with opportunities for training, career growth, and financial rewards.

The position assists with store operations, staffing, inventory, appearance, and team-member development. It also involves achieving personal and team performance goals, serving customers, participating in sales and marketing activities, and maintaining a clean and engaging store environment. The description notes that employees may perform other related duties as needed to meet organizational needs.

The role requires frequent standing and walking, prolonged movement around the store, and occasional lifting and moving of objects up to 10 pounds. Requirements

• Management experience in a similar field is required; wireless-industry experience is preferred.
• Experience in retail or a customer-facing sales environment is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operational standards is required.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach team members to achieve results is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to perform the described physical duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
