About The Position

As Assistant Manager at LOFT, you support the customer experience and help shape a strong store culture for associates. As a store leader, you nurture relationships with customers and associates, model the brand’s behaviors, and support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent. The role requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
