About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is hiring an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to deliver strong customer experiences and technology solutions across AT&T products and services. The role combines customer-facing sales with assistance in store operations, staffing, inventory, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment. Employees receive ongoing paid training and may have opportunities to manage their own location as they develop.

Requirements

• Management experience in a similar field; required, preferably in the wireless industry.
• Experience in retail or a customer-facing sales environment; required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operational standards; required.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach others to achieve results; required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; required.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; required.
• At least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the United States; required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; required.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish; preferred, though this may not be required depending on location.
• Bachelor’s degree; preferred.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications; preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed sales and operational initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance.
• Assist in developing, training, and managing team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by providing outstanding customer service.
• Develop skills for a potential future opportunity as a My Wireless Retail Store Manager.
• Maintain a clean, engaging work environment for customers and team members.
• Collaborate with the team to exceed individual and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities intended to maximize daily sales opportunities.
