About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire a restaurant team. The role is focused on achieving objectives in sales, service excellence, quality, facility presentation, and sanitation through effective training, performance coaching, and a positive, productive workplace culture.

The position involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ongoing collaboration across teams and engagement with guests. The schedule is flexible and includes mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; extended shifts may be needed. The role uses Microsoft Suite, Micros, Open Table, and related systems during shifts.

Requirements

• Strong beverage knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor.
• TIPS certification.
• ServSafe certification.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• 3 to 4 years of experience working in bar or food and beverage management preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience working in luxury bars or restaurants preferred.
