About The Position

Pizza Hut Assistant Restaurant Managers help create a welcoming restaurant where customers feel like family through smiles, teamwork, and dedication. The role is suited to a natural leader who can build and motivate a team, teach new skills, and help the restaurant deliver a strong customer experience. Pizza Hut provides training for the job and describes opportunities for growth, excitement, and new challenges. The position includes responsibility for financial results and may require driving to make restaurant deposits. Team members are expected to follow health and safety protocols, including pre-shift temperature screenings and symptom checks and wearing a mask during the shift. Safety protocols will follow local, state, and federal guidelines and also apply during the interview process.

Requirements

At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry, with responsibility for financial results.
At least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; public transportation is not sufficient because driving may be needed to make restaurant deposits.
A desire to learn and grow.
Ability to create a great workplace, provide strong customer service, and lead with honesty, energy, and motivation.
Ability to uphold high standards and meet the challenges of restaurant work.
