About The Position

Monarch Investment is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for Country Club Villas, a multifamily apartment community in Abilene, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site role scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience, and the position is eligible for Monarch’s commission structure. The role assists the Property Manager with on-site operations, leasing, resident relations, renewals, and marketing. Employment is contingent on pre-employment criminal background, drug, and credit screenings.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in an assistant manager or manager role.
Experience in the multifamily housing industry.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Customer service experience.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Pass pre-employment criminal background, drug, and credit screenings.

Responsibilities

Assist the Property Manager with all on-site property operations.
Help ensure tenant renewals are captured at the highest rate possible.
Build and maintain a resident relations program.
Show and lease apartments to maintain occupancy at or above market levels and at proper rent levels.
Assist the Property Manager in keeping property marketing current, accurate, and effective.
