About The Position

Under general supervision, the Assistant Property Manager supports property managers overseeing project-based voucher (PBV), Section 8 project-based, affordable, tax credit, and market-rate housing in the City of Boulder. It also supports compliance and reporting requirements for funders and program administrators, maintains resident files and data in Yardi, and fills in for property managers as needed.
