About The Position

HHHunt is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for its Abberly Crossing apartments. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer and resident experience while maintaining a high-quality community. The Assistant Property Manager helps oversee the property as a multi-million-dollar asset, supports the team, and looks for ways to improve net operating income (NOI), operations, and the resident experience.

The position calls for a confident, organized, hands-on leader who can mentor and develop team members, solve problems, analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and engage with the community. The Assistant Property Manager is expected to balance the needs of the physical property, residents, budget, hiring and training, and daily team operations, while following through on commitments and helping foster a positive team environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including leadership experience.
• Expert time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze results.
• Ability to work some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize NOI by maximizing rents and occupancy and controlling availability and expenses.
• Review leasing performance and customer surveys, and ensure the grounds, amenities, and office are ready to impress customers.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Listen to residents and teammates and work to provide an exceptional resident experience.
• Manage multiple priorities and support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage the property's physical asset, budget, staffing, and daily team needs.
• Analyze financial performance and identify ways to increase revenue and minimize expenses.
• Follow through on commitments to customers and support team and community successes.
