About The Position

Seldin Company is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for Oaks at Lakeview, a conventional apartment community with 276 units in Ralston, Nebraska. The position pays up to $21.00 per hour, with pay determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

The Assistant Property Manager works with the Property Manager to manage the property's day-to-day operations. Applicants should have experience in business management, budget and financial knowledge, self-motivation, team leadership skills, and sales or leasing experience. A background check and drug screen are required before hiring.
