The Assistant Program Director helps create an engaging environment for children and staff and leads a dedicated team in delivering high-quality care, learning, and enrichment. The position requires a degree, a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs, and proof of experience required by state childcare licensing regulations. Pay starts at $21 per hour and is based on education and experience.
