After School Site Director / Early Learning Professional
About The Position
AlphaBEST Education is hiring an After School Site Director to lead an extended-day program in Frisco, Texas, serving Frisco ISD. The program offers students enrichment and learning beyond the school day in a fun and safe environment. The Site Director leads day-to-day program operations, supports curriculum implementation, maintains licensing compliance, prioritizes child safety, and provides leadership to the site team. The role also involves building relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success. The schedule is 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no weekends. The position is part-time and starts at $20.50 per hour, based on education.
Requirements
- Must have a BA/BS or CDA in education.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
- Must successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
- Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards.
Nice To Haves
- At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation.
- Oversee and facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations.
- Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards.
- Make child safety the top priority and follow procedures closely.
- Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
- Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements.
- Supervise and mentor the site team, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure training requirements are met.
- Represent AlphaBEST professionally at school and community events.
- Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success.
