CAMBA is a community organization dedicated to building an inclusive New York City by providing over 160 integrated programs in Education & Youth Development, Family Support, Job Training & Employment Support Services, Health, Housing, and Legal Services. We serve over 65,000 individuals and families annually across 90 locations. CAMBA operates six homeless shelters for single adults, offering a supportive, therapeutic, and drug-free environment. These shelters provide comprehensive case management, housing placement, medical and behavioral health services, job placement, and therapeutic recreation to help clients transition into permanent housing. The Broadway House Women’s Shelter is one such facility, aiming to rapidly place individuals into housing and provide the necessary supports for successful transitions.
