Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
One (1) year of experience in human services or a related field
Valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to supervise and support direct care staff
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with mental health diagnoses
Experience in residential services, behavioral health, or developmental disability programs
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Assist with the oversight and operation of a Community Living Arrangement (CLA) while ensuring quality supports and meaningful daily experiences for individuals served.
Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to Residential Specialists through coaching, training, performance feedback, and staff development activities.
Attend consumer medical appointments and assist with medication management oversight, documentation reviews, and medication administration compliance.
Monitor program operations, electronic documentation, regulatory compliance, safety standards, fire drills, quality inspections, and incident reporting requirements.
Support staffing, scheduling, on-call responsibilities, part-team member, communication with families and community partners, and the maintenance of safe, clean, and compliant residential environments.
