About The Position

The Department of Internal Medicine Division of Infectious Diseases and International Medicine is pleased to announce a faculty position available at the Morsani College of Medicine (MCOM) as a non-tenure track Infectious Diseases Clinician Educator. The infectious diseases clinician will provide inpatient/outpatient infectious diseases consultation to adult patients, within USF Health. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a record of excellence in patient care and an interest in working immunocompromised patient population. Additionally, demonstrating a record of scholarly activities and possess experience working in an academic medical center environment that supports appointment in the College at rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or above requires a minimum of five years of continuing and productive service as an Assistant Professor/Associate Professor, or the equivalent.

Requirements

Record of excellence in patient care.
Interest in working with an immunocompromised patient population.
Record of scholarly activities.
Experience working in an academic medical center environment.

Nice To Haves

Appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or above requires a minimum of five years of continuing and productive service as an Assistant Professor/Associate Professor, or the equivalent.
