About The Position

Rooms To Go is seeking an Assistant Outlet Operations Manager to help oversee outlet operations and support customers in creating their living spaces. The role includes supervising merchandise receiving, maintaining and auditing inventory, planning and executing floor setups, coordinating customer pickups and delivery companies, and participating in employee supervision, training, and development. The position requires a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisor or lead experience.
• Prior operations, inventory, and customer pickup experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively on a daily basis.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
• Knowledge of computer programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
