About The Position

Bojangles is hiring Assistant Managers to support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role includes helping manage staffing, scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs; training and developing team members and Shift Leads; and maintaining standards for guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
