About The Position

LV Petroleum & Bojangles is hiring Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Team Members for fast-paced restaurant locations. The roles involve delivering excellent guest service, preparing quality food according to the stated standards, supporting daily restaurant operations, maintaining cleanliness, and following food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. Leadership roles also supervise shifts, train team members, and support operational goals. The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager with daily restaurant operations; helps manage staffing, scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs; trains, coaches, and develops team members and Shift Leads; maintains standards for customer service, food quality, and cleanliness; and assists with hiring, onboarding, and team development.

Requirements

Food Handlers Certification.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required for all roles.
Leadership experience is preferred for Assistant Manager and Shift Lead opportunities.
Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, is preferred.
