About The Position

Bojangles is hiring Assistant Managers to support restaurant operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role includes supporting the General Manager with daily operations, managing staffing and costs, developing team members, and helping ensure excellent guest service, food quality, and cleanliness. Assistant Managers may also help supervise shifts, train team members, and support operational goals.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience; not required for all roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Help manage staffing, scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs.
• Train, coach, and develop team members and Shift Leads.
• Ensure high standards for customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience.
• Prepare and serve quality food according to Bojangles standards.
• Support daily restaurant operations and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Help supervise shifts, train team members, and support operational goals.
