About The Position

Bojangles is hiring Assistant Managers for fast-paced restaurant locations. The role supports the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs. Assistant Managers train, coach, and develop team members and Shift Leads; help maintain high standards for customer service, food quality, and cleanliness; and assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development. The position also involves preparing and serving food, supporting restaurant operations, and following food-safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required for all roles.
• Leadership experience is preferred for Assistant Manager opportunities.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, is preferred.
