About The Position

Bojangles is hiring Assistant Managers and Shift Leads for fast-paced restaurant locations. The roles involve delivering excellent guest service, preparing and serving quality food according to company standards, supporting daily restaurant operations, maintaining cleanliness, and following food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. Leadership roles also help supervise shifts, train team members, and support operational goals.

Assistant Managers support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations; help manage staffing, scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs; train, coach, and develop team members and Shift Leads; maintain standards for customer service, food quality, and cleanliness; and assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required for all roles.
• Leadership experience is preferred for Assistant Manager and Shift Lead opportunities.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, is preferred.

• Assist with cash handling, training, and shift accountability.
• Ensure company standards and food safety procedures are followed.
