About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a retail and food location in the Greater Des Moines Area. The position includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20–60 coworkers; working in the kitchen; food safety; ordering and inventory control; P&Ls; and cleaning and stocking. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours over a five-day workweek and receive time and a half for additional hours worked over 40 in a week. Locations include Des Moines, Altoona, Ankeny, Polk City, Grimes, Urbandale, Waukee, Clive, Johnston, Pleasant Hill, Mitchellville, and Newton.
