About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead store operations during a shift. The role is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Assistant Manager is expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from the crew. The position offers the opportunity to learn management skills and advance toward becoming a General Manager, with the company promoting from within. Assistants with proper experience earn $21 to $23 per hour, including sick pay and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
