About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead restaurant operations. The role oversees day-to-day operations, supports and motivates the team, and helps ensure customers receive a high-quality experience. The position requires maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store while following Domino’s pizza-making, appearance, and customer-service standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proven restaurant-management experience; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a commitment to developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Financial acumen and understanding of profit-and-loss statements.
Commitment to exceptional customer service.
Ability to follow Domino’s pizza-making standards and procedures and maintain the required professional appearance.
