About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver at its Charlotte location. Drivers deliver hot, fresh orders to customers and provide a friendly, positive customer experience. Total compensation, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, is stated as averaging $15–$20 per hour, with annual total compensation potential of $30,000–$40,000. Drivers can take their tips home at the end of each shift. The role also includes answering phones and taking customer orders, processing payments, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting the in-store team when not making deliveries. Flexible scheduling is offered. Eligible employees may receive health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).

Requirements

Have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year, excluding time with a permit.
Have a clean driving record, with no more than three violations in two years.
Have a reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
Have an excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
Have the energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

Safely and quickly deliver orders to customers in the local area.
Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
Provide friendly customer service with a positive attitude.
Help maintain store cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
Assist the in-store team when not making deliveries.
