About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, executes the food program, and leads by example. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position offers a fast-paced, varied work environment and opportunities for career growth in management.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
