About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate Par Mar Stores on a day-to-day basis and assist the Store Manager in ensuring every shift operates smoothly. You will also assist with local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals, while supporting team members through performance and training initiatives.

Requirements

• Desire to succeed and grow with the company.

• Customer service skills.
• Valid state driver’s license and an insured vehicle.
• Prior knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and other management members with all facets of successful store operations.
