About The Position

The Customer Service Associate provides prompt and reliable service to every guest while maintaining a strong commitment to teamwork, good communication, and adaptability. The role involves store upkeep, customer transactions, food and beverage preparation, compliance with rules for age-restricted products, and following company safety and operating procedures. The position reports to the Store Manager. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the posting lists 0–6 months of work experience. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and successfully complete company training. Physical requirements include quickly traversing all parts of the location, standing for prolonged periods on a hard-surfaced floor, and lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities

Maintain the store according to management’s needs while providing excellent customer service.
Complete customer transactions by scanning products or manually entering prices, finalizing sales, and collecting payment.
Ensure compliance with requirements for age-restricted products, including tobacco, alcohol, and lottery.
Prepare food and beverages to meet customer expectations while following safe food-handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized store, register area, and backroom.
Maintain cleanliness outside the store.
Ensure deliveries are made according to company policy.
Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to company safety methods.
Properly record time worked.
Complete daily paperwork and record-keeping.
