About The Position

The Lead Customer Service Associate helps the Store Management Team ensure that each shift operates smoothly. The role also supports local store marketing to help achieve sales and profit goals and helps team members through performance and training initiatives. The position provides leadership to the store and its employees and supports the successful operation and growth of Par Mar Stores.

Requirements

• A desire to succeed and grow with the company.
• Strong people-oriented leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• A valid state driver’s license and an insured vehicle.
• Prior knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines.
• Ability to traverse all parts of the store quickly.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods on a hard-surfaced floor.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds at a time.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail management experience.
