About The Position

Customer Service Associates help ensure each guest receives prompt and reliable service. The role calls for a strong commitment to teamwork, good communication skills, and adaptability to change. Associates maintain the store according to management’s needs while providing excellent customer service, complete customer transactions, and follow requirements for age-restricted products. They also prepare food and beverages using safe food-handling procedures, maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store and its exterior, follow company policies for deliveries, maintain a safe and secure environment, record time worked, and complete daily paperwork and record-keeping.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must successfully complete company training.
Strong commitment to teamwork, good communication skills, and adaptability to change.
Able to traverse all parts of the location quickly.
Able to stand for prolonged periods on a hard-surfaced floor.
Able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds at a time.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
0–6 months of work experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain the store according to management’s needs while providing excellent customer service to each guest.
Complete customer transactions by scanning products or manually entering prices, finalizing sales, and collecting payment.
Ensure compliance with age-restricted product requirements for tobacco, alcohol, and lottery.
Prepare food and beverages to meet customer expectations while following safe food-handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized store, register area, and backroom.
Maintain cleanliness outside the store.
Ensure deliveries are made according to company policy.
Maintain a safe and secure environment by following company safety methods.
Properly record time worked.
Complete daily paperwork and record-keeping.
