About The Position
Wings ‘N More is hiring an Assistant Manager for its University location in College Station, Texas. The company operates eight locations in the College Station and Houston areas and plans to expand to more than 30 locations within four years, with additional locations planned in Austin and San Antonio. The role supports daily restaurant operations and helps deliver high-quality food and guest experiences while developing crew members and future managers.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing teams in restaurants or retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and quality control.
- Dependable, solution-oriented, and guest-focused.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Hard-working and enjoys having fun.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations, including opening and closing, inspecting deliveries, and enforcing procedures.
- Identify and develop talent to help build the management team.
- Lead by example while supervising, training, and coaching crew members.
- Ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Handle guest issues with care and work to restore guest satisfaction.
- Help create efficient schedules and balance labor needs.
