About The Position

Domino’s Pizza Assistant Managers help ensure smooth store operations, working closely with the General Manager and team members to maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency. The role provides experience and training for future leadership positions within the company.

The Assistant Manager may assume the role and responsibilities of the acting General Manager when the General Manager is absent, ensuring continuity of operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, ideally in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, ensure they follow company policies and procedures, and provide feedback and coaching.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage customer complaints and work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance and achieve goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Act as General Manager in the General Manager’s absence and ensure continuity of operations.
