About The Position

The role covers rostering, stock ordering, recruiting, training and development, inventory management, cash handling, reporting, profit management, sales building, food safety and preparation, staff and customer safety, marketing, and team meetings. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for being in charge of FUN.
