About The Position
Assistant Managers run shifts smoothly and efficiently, ensure employees follow Domino’s policies, and produce all products to Domino’s standards. They should have a general understanding of the delivery area and route drivers on deliveries. The role also involves delivering orders safely and efficiently when eligible, washing dishes, folding boxes, preparing food for the day’s usage, answering calls and taking orders, handling money, ensuring order labels are placed on the correct boxes, and assisting walk-in and drive-thru customers. Managers ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, including inventory, bank deposits, and preparing for the next day.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to deliver orders safely and efficiently.
- Must pass a background check and meet driving eligibility requirements based on an MVR.
