About The Position

Domino’s and Team Honey Badger are seeking an Assistant Manager to support restaurant operations and lead a team. The role is full-time, with 32–40 hours per week and a stated fast track to General Manager. Training is provided, and prior pizza-making experience is not expected.

Compensation is $15 per hour with growth potential, plus bonus. The position offers a path to General Manager and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members.
• Deliver outstanding customer service each shift.
• Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards.
• Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
• Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
• Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
• Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
