About The Position

Chestnut Land Company is hiring two Assistant Managers at its Orlando International Premium Outlets location: one for Auntie Anne’s and one for Cinnabon. In cooperation with, or in the absence of, the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager oversees daily operations, team supervision, and the profitability of the assigned brand. The role includes producing the brand’s food items, leading team members, managing shifts, tracking sales and performance goals, controlling inventory, and maintaining customer service, cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Previous management experience in retail, a restaurant, or another fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability for a varied schedule that includes opening, closing, weekend, and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Auntie Anne’s soft pretzels from scratch by rolling and baking them, or prepare Cinnabon cinnamon rolls by prepping, baking, and frosting them.
• Assist with recruiting, screening, interviewing, training, and scheduling team members, while fostering a positive work environment.
• Run daily shifts efficiently and ensure compliance with cash-handling policies and safety and security standards.
• Work with the Store Manager to set, track, and achieve performance and sales goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food and paper materials.
• Maintain high customer-service standards and clean workstations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, brand philosophies, and labor laws.
