About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you are part of the store leadership team and help drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance, collaborate with the leadership team on business strategies, and provide operational support as needed. You support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager in achieving business results, own a designated division of responsibility, help develop associates, and ensure excellent customer service and store operations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passion for the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy when executing tasks.
• Demonstrate innovation, champion new ideas, and use strong problem-solving skills while navigating uncertainty.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager in impacting business results and maximizing profitability.
• Own a designated division of responsibility, such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, or Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts as needed.
• Partner with store leadership to create a collaborative working environment for associates.
• Keep the team on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to improve associates’ product knowledge and customer connections.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into a variety of sales-floor roles as needed.
• Provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance.
