About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising while maintaining high standards and providing fast, friendly customer service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, demonstrates care for customers, and serves as an example to staff by displaying urgency, patience, and leadership. The position offers a hiring range of $15.00 to $19.00.

• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
