About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations and service of a Domino’s store. The role supports the store manager in running the store, helping deliver hot, fresh food on time and provide excellent customer care. The Assistant Manager also supports team performance, food safety, store standards, sales initiatives, and customer satisfaction.

Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Assist the store manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and coordinate team members to support an efficient workflow.
Train new employees on Domino’s standards, procedures, and customer service.
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Domino’s operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly.
Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales transactions.
Inspect the store regularly for cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
