About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's, you will help provide customers with positive experiences by handling calls, online orders, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently. You will assist with orders and address customer issues while maintaining a friendly, attentive approach. The role is based at 1451 Ansborough Ave.
Requirements
- Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
- Be friendly and comfortable talking to customers.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive service to customers over the phone and in person.
- Help customers place orders, customize pizzas, and answer menu questions.
- Upsell additional menu items and promotions.
- Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Accurately enter orders into the system and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
