About The Position
Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role requires accurate and quick basic math, handling monetary change, order-taking and communication skills, motor coordination for precise movements, keyboard or touchscreen order entry, and the ability to understand and give written instructions. The position starting rate is $15.92 per hour. Benefits include a 401(k) plan; health insurance is available for full-time positions. Bonus eligibility applies to management roles.
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use a calculator.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
