About The Position
East TN Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee all aspects of a store and serve as second in command of a million-dollar business. The position is full-time and hourly, with overtime available. The Assistant Manager is accountable for what happens within the store across people, operations, sales, and profits, and helps ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team. The company provides training for candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. The role may require helping at other locations near the chosen location and is scheduled for five or more days per week, including most weekends. The company describes opportunities to advance from Assistant Manager to General Manager and beyond.
Requirements
- Great, positive attitude.
- High energy.
- Prior experience at Domino’s or prior experience managing people.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store.
- Be accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits within the store.
- Help ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and follow all company policies and procedures, while expecting the same of the crew.
- Help at other locations near the chosen location when asked.
