About The Position

Knox Pizza Co, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee all aspects of a store and serve as the second in command of a million-dollar business. The role offers an opportunity to develop toward store management. People-management or pizza-making experience is not required; training is provided. The position is full-time and hourly, with overtime available. The Assistant Manager may be asked to help at other nearby locations and is expected to work five or more days per week, including most weekends. The position is accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits, including team safety, training, and culture. The manager is expected to lead by example and follow all company policies and procedures, while expecting the same of the crew.

Requirements

Great, positive attitude.
High energy.
Prior experience at Domino’s or prior experience leading people.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Pass a background check.
Eligible to work in the USA.
Must reside near the store location.
Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including repeated bending, reaching, and continuous hand use.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the store.
Be accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits within the store.
Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
Lead by example and follow all policies and procedures.
Help at other nearby locations when asked.
Perform store tasks such as pizza preparation, stocking ingredients, cleaning, and customer-service activities as needed.
