About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee all aspects of a store and serve as the second-in-command of a million-dollar business. The role is full-time and hourly, with overtime available. The assistant manager is accountable for what happens in the store across people, operations, sales, and profits, including team safety, training, and culture. The company provides training for candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. The position may require helping at other nearby locations and is scheduled five or more days per week, most weekends. Requirements
- Great positive attitude and high energy.
- Prior Domino’s experience or prior experience leading people.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store.
- Be accountable for store people, operations, sales, and profits.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and expect the crew to follow company policies and procedures at all times.
- Help at other locations near the chosen location when asked.
- Work five or more days per week, including most weekends.
