About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps ensure the smooth operation of a Domino’s Pizza store, working closely with the General Manager and other team members to maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency. The role offers experience and training for future leadership positions within the company.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, ideally in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, ensure they follow company policies and procedures, and provide feedback and coaching.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance and achieve goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Assume the role and responsibilities of acting General Manager in the General Manager’s absence to ensure continuity of operations.
