About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading employees and overseeing all store operations during a scheduled shift. The role includes cost, inventory, and cash control, customer relations, and performing the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers. Assistant Managers receive management training and can advance toward becoming a store manager.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
• Oversee all store operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
