About The Position

Ivar's is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for its quick-service restaurant at 6150 East Lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast in Issaquah, Washington. The hourly wage is $25.00 to $28.00, with potential for a monthly bonus based on restaurant performance.

Assistant Managers work with the management team to oversee restaurant operations, hire and train staff, maintain Ivar's standards, and ensure unit profitability. Strong performance and a demonstrated interest in taking on additional responsibility may lead to a pay raise and promotion to General Manager. The role has reasonable operating hours and no overnight shifts. Team members and managers may not smoke, vape, or chew tobacco during their shifts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
