About The Position

As Assistant Manager at Evansville Pavilion, you support the customer experience and help shape a strong store culture for associates. You nurture relationships with customers and associates, lead on the sales floor, and support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent. You use technology, tools, and reporting to create seamless omnichannel experiences and drive operational excellence and financial discipline.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of retail management experience (preferred).
